This audio is suitable if you need to retrieve your memory about the location of a misplaced item. You may be able to retrieve the information with just one use of the file or you may need to listen to it repeatedly until the information is retrieved.

It is not advised to listen to the file over and over again in one sitting, with the risk of getting stressed about the missing information and therefore causing a delay in retrieving it; but listening to the file once or twice daily for a number of days in a row as necessary, will be more effective, as the unconscious mind may need time to retrieve the information.
