Do hypnosis audios work?

More and more people use self-hypnosis with the help of hypnosis downloads because these are affordable, can be used at one’s own convenience and don’t require you to open up about your emotions as in therapy. But do these hypnosis audios actually work?

Today I would like to answer a question that I’m often asked: do self-hypnosis audios actually work?

And the answer is simple. Yes, they do work, but one condition you need to listen to them once a day, for at least four weeks in a row.

 

Neuroscientists have confirmed that it takes the brain at least three weeks for a new habit to be instilled for a new blueprint to be formed. So there’s no point in you listening to the audio for a few days and then just giving it up because you haven’t seen any concrete results. It doesn’t work like that. And when I say you need to listen to it for at least four weeks in a row, I mean, day in and day out, no exceptions, no excuses.

 

Sometimes in my practice, someone says to me, when I check in with them or whether they’re listening to the audio, they say to me, Oh, I have every day, but on Saturday because I was drunk.

First of all, the fact that you’re drunk, doesn’t interfere with the suggestions in the audio. But what comes out is that, basically they haven’t listened to it on Saturday because they forgot about it, because they were drunk.

Now, if you want change to happen, you need to have no excuses. So if you know, you’re going out tonight and have fun, take time in the morning to put it on, take time in the afternoon to put it on. Don’t just leave it to the evening.

Now it is best for you to listen to it when you’re going to bed. But if you know that you’re going to have fun and you might forget, listen to it in the afternoon, you don’t have to fall asleep on it, although it’s best, but you don’t have to fall asleep on it every single time.

So do make a commitment to yourself for change. No excuses, no reasons why you let it slip, just put it on, day in and day out, put it on four weeks in a row and you will see the changes happening.

 

Another point I want to make, and it’s important for me to make, is that we all get different results from self-hypnosis adios, and that is because we’re all different.

The reason why results differ is that we have different experiences in life. And so some people might not get as good results because they might have some trauma that gives the unconscious mind a huge reason to hang on to the problem that you’re trying to resolve. In which case you may see only a limited amount of change.

And the best thing for you to do is just get in touch with the person who’s selling the audios and ask for advice.
